What is your favorite recipe?
Ingredients: two scoops vanilla bean ice cream 1/2 cup whole milk 3 tbsp. Torani vanilla syrup Glass of ice Directions: Mix all ingredients and blend ( preferably on Frappe). Change vanilla syrup amount to taste. Enjoy your frappe at half the cost of name brand coffee shops! Top with caramel or chocolate syrup and whip cream. Ingredients: 3 lbs. stew beef ( 6 cups) – one inch cubed squares 1 lg. can mushroom soup ¾ cup burgundy 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 bay leaf 1 pkg. dried onion soup powder 1 tsp. salt 1 clove minced garlic Choice of noodles or rice 1 lb. fresh mushrooms ½ cup brandy Instructions: Now this just sounds tasty! Preheat oven to 350 degrees (get things nice and hot) . Mix 3 lbs. stew beef ( 6 cups) – one inch cubed squares, 1 lg. can mushroom soup, ¾ cup burgundy, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 bay leaf, 1 pkg. dried onion soup powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 clove minced garlic. Bake covered with foil for 3 ½ hours. Last half hour add 1 lb. fresh mushrooms and ½ cup brandy. Serve over buttered noodles or rice. Serves 7. Ingredients: 1 lb. crab meat or crab meat substitute 2 tsp. mayonnaise 2 tsp. mustard 1 egg Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce Cracker dust Instructions: Mix crab meat, mayonnaise and mustard together. From into patties. Set aside. Beat together remaining ingredients ( minus cracker dust). Dip crab patties into second mixture. Roll in cracker dust. Put in refrigerator for one hour to set. Fry in butter or oil. Serves 8 – 10. I have nothing dirty to say, this is just delicious! Ingredients: 4 English muffins 4 sausage patties or sliced ham 4 eggs Splash of milk 4 slices of cheese Tomato Instructions: Mix eggs and milk in a bowl. Cook thoroughly in frying pan. Set aside. Toast muffins( I like my muffins nice and firm) in toaster. Cook sausage patties according to directions. Place bottom of muffin on plate. Add eggs, slice of cheese and a slice of tomato. Add top of muffin. Yields 4 sandwiches. Ingredients: ¾ lb. ground beef 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 tbsp. minced parsley 1 clove garlic (minced) 2 beaten eggs ¼ lb. ground pork (sausage) ½ c. grated parmesan cheese ½ c. milk Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Form into balls the size of walnuts (Do I really need to make a comment on that?). Brown on all sides until cooked thoroughly. Serve in spaghetti or over noodles with alfredo sauce. Ingredients: 3 cups fresh brewed coffee 1 1/2 cups sugar 4 cups milk 2 cups half-and-half cream 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract Instructions: Stir coffee and sugar; until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Add the milk, cream and vanilla; freeze. Remove from the freezer several hours before serving. Chop mixture until slushy; serve immediately. Perfect after a night out on the town. Top with whip cream for added flare. |
