Morning After Muffins

Ingredients:
4 English muffins
4 sausage patties or sliced ham
4 eggs
Splash of milk
4 slices of cheese
 Tomato






Instructions:
Mix eggs and milk in a bowl. Cook thoroughly in frying pan. Set aside. Toast muffins( I like my muffins nice and firm) in toaster. Cook sausage patties according to directions. Place bottom of muffin on plate. Add eggs, slice of cheese and a slice of tomato. Add top of muffin. Yields 4 sandwiches.
