Ingredients:
¾ lb. ground beef
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 clove garlic (minced)
 2 beaten eggs
 ¼ lb. ground pork (sausage)
 ½ c. grated parmesan cheese
 ½ c. milk
 Salt and pepper to taste




Instructions:

Mix all ingredients. Form into balls the size of walnuts (Do I really need to make a comment on that?). Brown on all sides until cooked thoroughly. Serve in spaghetti or over noodles with alfredo sauce.
